Our Commitment
Hypnotrack is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships. We are committed to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains.
This policy applies to all persons working for us or on our behalf in any capacity, including employees, directors, contractors, consultants and business partners.
Our Business and Supply Chains
Hypnotrack is a UK-based digital wellness company providing personalised hypnotherapy sessions delivered via software. Our supply chain is primarily digital and consists of technology providers, cloud infrastructure services and specialist freelancers. We do not operate in sectors considered to carry a high risk of modern slavery.
Policies in Relation to Slavery and Human Trafficking
We operate a number of policies and procedures to ensure modern slavery risks are addressed:
- Recruitment policy — we use reputable employment practices and verify the right to work for all employees and contractors.
- Supplier due diligence — we assess new suppliers before engagement and prefer suppliers who can demonstrate their own commitment to ethical practice.
- Whistleblowing policy — we encourage staff to report any concerns about slavery or trafficking. All reports are taken seriously and investigated promptly.
Due Diligence
As part of our efforts to monitor and reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains, we have adopted the following due diligence procedures:
- Identifying and assessing potential risk areas in our supply chains.
- Reducing the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains.
- Monitoring potential risk areas in our supply chains.
- Protecting whistleblowers who report concerns in good faith.
Risk Assessment
We assess the risk of modern slavery occurring in our supply chains as low, given the predominantly digital and UK-based nature of our operations. We nonetheless remain vigilant and review our supply chain relationships on an ongoing basis.
Training
We provide awareness training to staff on the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking. Management responsible for procurement and supplier relationships receive additional guidance on identifying and responding to risks.
Reporting Concerns
If you have concerns about potential slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chain, please contact us at hello@hypnotrack.com. Reports may be made anonymously.
