Most sessions are delivered within an hour of completing the intake form. Occasionally it can take a little longer at busy times — never more than a few hours. You'll get an email when your session is ready.

Hypnotherapy doesn't work the same way for everyone. Some people feel a real shift; others find it relaxing but not transformational; a few feel very little. If your session isn't what you needed, just write to us.

Hypnotrack is built as a complementary wellness tool — not a substitute for therapy or medical care. It can help with sleep, stress, confidence, habits, performance, body tension and gentle emotional work. It's not appropriate for active mental health crisis, recent trauma you haven't processed or active substance dependency. Our intake includes safeguarding to recognise when someone needs more than a session like this — we'll always say so, refund you and point you toward proper support.

Your intake answers and voice recordings are treated as health-adjacent personal data. They're stored encrypted, used only to generate your session and never shared with anyone. You can request deletion at any time — just write to us. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

Your session is built specifically for you, in your own words, around your situation. It's yours to keep and listen to as many times as you want — but it's not designed to be transferred or shared. If someone else would benefit, they're welcome to do their own intake.

No — we don't and we'd never claim to. Hypnotrack is a complementary wellness tool. If what you're working through needs proper therapy, please speak to a qualified professional. The BACP (bacp.co.uk) is a good place to start in the UK.

Not yet but it's coming. We're working on a gift session option — when it's ready you'll be able to give a personalised session to someone you think would benefit. We'll mention it on the homepage when it's live.

If you've already submitted your intake and realised you picked the wrong starting point, write to us straight away — within an hour ideally. We'll pause your session, sort it with you and make sure what you receive is the right fit. If it's already been generated, we may rebuild it on us.
