Most wellness platforms deliver the same content to every user. Hypnotrack™ generates a unique session for each employee — built from their own consultation, calibrated to their voice, focused on what they actually want to work on. Your team receives something that feels genuinely for them.
Employees can use Hypnotrack™ without their employer ever knowing they did. We never share names, email addresses or session content with the buying organisation. You receive aggregate reporting (redemption rate, pathway distribution) — never individual data. This isn't a feature we added; it's how the system was built. Without anonymity, employees won't engage.
Hypnotrack™ is designed by a qualified hypnotherapist (DHyp, HPD, MNCH — National Hypnotherapy Society HYP16-03742). Six clinical pathways cover stress, confidence, habit change, emotional healing, performance and physical wellbeing. Every session is reviewed for safety before delivery. Every pathway includes appropriate safeguarding for vulnerable users.
Asynchronous, on-demand, no appointment needed. Employees redeem when they want — at home, on a quiet evening, between meetings, before bed. The session arrives within 30 minutes. They keep it forever. This format meets people where they actually are, which is why it gets used.

We do promise that every session is personalised, every pathway is clinically grounded and every employee is treated with the care they deserve. We're a small UK-based team.
We won't pretend to be larger than we are. We won't oversell. If your organisation needs a different scale of provider — a major incumbent with global presence and full enterprise SLAs — we'll tell you so directly. What we offer is genuine craft, applied to a product that actually personalises the work.
Employees redeem sessions through a unique link. We never share email addresses, names, session content or individual usage data with the buying organisation. Your account dashboard shows aggregate metrics only — total redemptions, pathway distribution, week-on-week trends. We've designed the system this way because anonymity is the foundation of employees actually using the benefit.
Hypnotrack™ holds ICO registration ZC126937. We process data under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with every corporate buyer. Personal data is stored on AWS infrastructure in Stockholm, Sweden. Voice recordings are deleted after 30 days. We can provide our security and privacy documentation as part of your procurement review.
Yes. Most new corporate buyers start with a smaller pilot — typically 100–500 sessions — to validate engagement before committing to a full annual package. We can discuss pilot pricing in proposal.
Yes. The redemption landing page can be co-branded with your organisation's logo and a custom welcome message. The session content itself remains Hypnotrack™'s clinical product.
Hypnotrack™ is not a crisis service. Our system detects crisis content during the consultation and routes employees to appropriate resources (Samaritans, Mind, BACP). We also recommend Hypnotrack™ be offered alongside, not instead of, a proper EAP for crisis and clinical support.
Annual contracts are standard. We discuss renewal at month 10 to give time for procurement processes. Unused tokens at year-end can roll over, be expanded or be considered in renewal pricing — case-by-case.
Hypnotrack™ covers six clinical pathways: stress and anxiety, confidence and self-esteem, habit change, emotional healing and resilience, performance and focus and physical wellbeing (sleep, pain, tension). Each pathway includes multiple sub-tracks tailored to the employee's specific situation and goals.
From signed contracts to live launch is typically two to three weeks. We set up your branded redemption portal, brief your account contact and provide all employee communications materials. For large organisations or bespoke requirements, we allow four to six weeks.
Quarterly reports show total redemptions, redemption rate as a percentage of total tokens, pathway distribution (which areas employees are working on) and week-on-week trend data. We never include any individually identifiable information. For larger packages we can discuss custom reporting cadences.
Yes. Top-up sessions can be purchased at any point during an active contract at the volume tier appropriate to your total accumulated purchase. We raise a supplementary invoice and add the new tokens to your existing redemption portal within two working days.
