We didn't build Hypnotrack to replace your practice. We built it to complement it — and we'd like you to think of it that way too.
Hypnotrack is a personalised hypnotherapy platform, designed by a qualified hypnotherapist. It generates a unique audio session for each client based on their consultation, voice analysis and chosen pathway. We built it because the access gap in hypnotherapy is real and because the people most in need of therapeutic work are often the people least able to access it.
There's no pressure to refer. These are simply the situations where practitioners tell us a referral genuinely makes sense.
At £79 for a single personalised session, Hypnotrack sits significantly below the cost of a private hypnotherapy block. It isn't the same experience — but for clients where the cost of your work is the barrier, it's a meaningful option.
Clients you're working with actively who need something to engage with between appointments. A Hypnotrack session in a relevant pathway can reinforce the direction of your existing therapeutic work without requiring clinical coordination from you.
Some clients want to dip a toe in before committing to a full therapeutic relationship. A Hypnotrack session offers them access to personalised hypnotherapy privately, on their own terms, without the formality of booking a practitioner.
Clients who have finished a course of work but want continued engagement with hypnotherapy. Rather than maintaining an ongoing relationship for its own sake, a Hypnotrack referral gives them an independent resource they can return to.
Clients who contact you but are too far away for in-person work and for whom online work isn't a fit. Rather than turning them away entirely, a Hypnotrack referral gives them somewhere to go.
Clients who have a clearly defined area they want to address but aren't sure whether full therapeutic work is right for them. A single Hypnotrack session on a relevant pathway gives them a structured, personalised starting point without further commitment.
It produces a personalised audio session. It does not involve a therapeutic relationship, session-by-session adaptation or the clinical judgement of a qualified practitioner. It complements private practice; it doesn't substitute for it.
Clients with active mental health conditions, trauma, psychosis or acute crisis are not appropriate referrals. Hypnotrack includes safeguarding screening — but it is not a clinical service. Use your professional judgement before referring.
Hypnotrack does not provide crisis support. If a client contacts you in distress, refer them to appropriate clinical services — Samaritans (116 123), their GP or MIND (0300 123 3393).
From application to commission, the whole process is built to ask as little of you as possible. You verify once, refer when it fits, and the rest is tracked automatically.
Fill in the form below. We verify your registration with your professional body — NHS, NCH, GHR, BACP, BSCAH or international equivalent. Verification usually takes two working days.
Once verified, you receive a unique referral URL (e.g., hypnotrack.com/r/your-name) and brief guidance on when and how to refer.
Send the link via email, mention it in session or list it on your website. No pressure to refer — if Hypnotrack isn't right for a client, don't send them. Your judgement, not ours.
Their session costs £79. They complete the consultation, receive their session within 30 minutes, keep it forever. Their experience is independent of your relationship with them.
For each session booked through your link, you earn £23.70. We track this automatically. At quarter end, if your balance is £50 or more, we pay you by bank transfer. Smaller balances roll forward.
No exclusivity, no minimum, no notice required to leave. Your link can be deactivated immediately on request and any commission already earned is still paid out.
For practitioners who'd like to refer clients to Hypnotrack, we run a straightforward referral programme. It's free to join, it pays a commission on each session your referrals book and it asks nothing of you in return.
No subscription, no monthly fee, no minimum referral commitment. Apply, get verified, refer when it makes sense. If it stops making sense, walk away — we don't ask for notice.
For every session booked through your unique referral link, you earn £23.70 (30% of £79). Paid quarterly by bank transfer once your balance reaches £50. We do the bookkeeping.
If you'd like to be listed publicly, your name and practice appear in our verified-practitioner directory once we've confirmed your professional registration. Listing is entirely optional.
Free to join, paid quarterly, no exclusivity and no commitment. Refer when it fits the client — that's the entire arrangement.
You don't carry clinical responsibility for sessions delivered by Hypnotrack. The session is our product, not yours. Your professional indemnity insurance is unaffected by referral activity. Commission income may need declaring under your usual self-employment arrangements — please consult your accountant.
Referring a client to Hypnotrack does not transfer any clinical relationship. Hypnotrack is a separate product the client purchases independently. We will not contact your clients about anything unrelated to their session and we will not represent ourselves as connected to your practice.
We don't share individual client data with referrers. We can tell you how many sessions have been booked through your link — that's the number we use for commission calculations — but not who booked them or what they worked on.
We verify your registration at the point of application. Maintaining your professional registration after that is your responsibility. If your registration lapses, please let us know — we'll deactivate your link until it's reinstated.
You can leave the programme any time, no notice required. Your unique link can be deactivated immediately on request. Any commission already earned is paid at the next quarterly payout. Your verified status is removed from our directory within 24 hours.
Being part of the Hypnotrack referral programme doesn't restrict you from working with other platforms or services. We don't ask for exclusivity. Refer when it's the right fit for the client — that's all we're interested in.
