HypnoTrack provides personalised hypnotherapy audio sessions created using AI-assisted scripting and professional voice synthesis. Sessions are delivered digitally.
All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree to pay the stated price.
Monthly subscriptions (HypnoTrack Monthly Core) require a minimum 3-month commitment. After the minimum period, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period.
To cancel, log in to your portal and follow the cancellation instructions, or contact us at hello@hypnotrack.com. Cancellations requested before the minimum period has elapsed will take effect at the end of the minimum term.
One-time session purchases are non-refundable once the session has been delivered. If a session cannot be delivered due to a technical fault, a full refund will be issued automatically.
Subscription payments are non-refundable for the current billing period once a session has been delivered that month.
Personalised sessions are typically delivered within 30 minutes of consultation submission. Delivery times may vary. Sessions are made available via your secure download link and customer portal.
Sessions are licensed for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit sessions produced for you.
HypnoTrack sessions are for wellbeing and relaxation purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment. If you have a diagnosed mental health condition, please consult your healthcare provider before using our services.
