What we won't promise

We won't promise to fix unhealthy workplaces. Some confidence struggles come from genuinely difficult environments — toxic management, unfair systems, exploitation. The session can help you function and advocate within them, but doesn't fix the underlying conditions. Sometimes the right answer is to leave.
