Genuine energy isn't a metabolic constant — it is what is left over after the nervous system has paid for the day. Why hypnotherapy works for energy and vitality

Most energy advice addresses inputs — diet, sleep, exercise, supplements. These matter. They cannot fully compensate for a nervous system that is spending most of its capacity on holding the line. New patterns are introduced: vagal tone rising, anticipatory bracing easing, capacity returning to the parts of life that need it most. What we won't promise

Persistent fatigue can have medical causes — thyroid, iron deficiency, sleep apnoea, depression, ME/CFS, long COVID, autoimmune conditions, and many others. Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for medical investigation. If your fatigue is new, severe, or progressive, please see your GP for blood tests and assessment first. Do not assume it's just stress.

If you have been diagnosed with a fatigue-related condition, please work with your medical team. The session can sit alongside treatment for stress-related depletion but is not appropriate as a primary intervention for medically diagnosed fatigue conditions. How quickly will I feel more energy?

Most people notice some easing of the depletion within the first one to two weeks — calmer evenings, less brittle mornings. Deeper change in baseline capacity usually settles over six to twelve weeks of regular listening combined with whatever else the system needs (sleep, movement, real rest).

Could this be a medical issue rather than stress?

Possibly — and that needs to be checked. If your fatigue is new, severe, or progressive, please see your GP for blood tests before assuming it's stress-related. Many treatable medical conditions present as low energy.

Will it replace the need for sleep and good food?

No. The session helps the system actually use the sleep and food it gets. It doesn't replace either. The fundamentals still matter.

Can I use this alongside supplements or treatment for fatigue?

Yes — and please keep working with your GP or specialist on the medical side. The session works on the autonomic load and complements, rather than replaces, medical care.

What if it turns out I have chronic fatigue syndrome?

CFS/ME requires specialist input and a careful approach. The session is not designed as a primary treatment for CFS — there's a separate Hypnotrack pathway for that. Please see your GP for assessment first.
