Is my memory actually getting worse?

Will this give me a photographic memory?

No. The session works on access to what's there, not on installing new capacity. Expect to retrieve more of what you've learned, not learn impossible amounts.

Should I see a doctor?

What about long-COVID brain fog?

The state-based work the session does may help, but post-COVID cognitive difficulty needs its own clinical attention. Please prioritise that.
