We won't promise restored energy overnight. Genuine restoration takes weeks to months and depends on changes to the load pattern that caused the depletion. The session supports the autonomic foundation but cannot replace rest, recovery time, or the harder structural changes.
If fatigue is severe, persistent, or accompanied by other symptoms, please see your GP to rule out anaemia, thyroid issues, B12 deficiency, or post-viral conditions. Persistent unexplained fatigue needs medical assessment. NHS sleep guidance may also be relevant.
