Built around your specific sport
Your session is generated from your own consultation. We ask what you compete in, what derails, what would change. Built around your specifics.
On the day, training is fixed. What's still variable is the mental state you bring to the start line.
Athletic performance depends on accessing the optimal arousal zone for the sport: the right balance of activation and settled control. Too activated → fine motor degradation, narrowed attention, breath disruption. Too unactivated → low engagement, slow reactions. The window is sport-specific (a sprint needs more arousal than golf) and athlete-specific.
The work is training the nervous system to enter the right zone reliably. Mental rehearsal is useful but works downstream of the autonomic state. The session targets the state directly — so visualisation, race-day routines and competition tactics all become more effective.
Heart rate up, breath short, technique breaking down in the first minute. The body burning energy too fast.
Flat. Going through motions. The competition over before the engagement arrived.
Setback or position drop produces cascade. Recovery during is the highest-leverage mental skill.
Going out too fast and crashing, or too slow and not finishing strong. Often state-driven, not knowledge-driven.
The night before competition where sleep gets thin. The cost paid before the start.
The body trained, the mind bracing. The mental side of comeback.
Athletic performance lives in the body's autonomic patterns under pressure — patterns mental rehearsal can't reach through conscious channels alone.
Hypnotherapy works at exactly that autonomic level. Rather than rehearsing positive self-talk, it trains the body to enter the optimal arousal zone reliably. Sport hypnosis has been used at elite level for decades. The American Psychological Association recognises hypnotherapy as an evidence-based psychological approach.
Most sports content is technical. The session works on the state your technique gets delivered from.

The session works on the body's automatic responses under pressure — the layer technical training doesn't reach.
Three short voice recordings during the consultation are analysed for emotional tone. Athletic-pressure signature shows in voice; the session is calibrated accordingly.
Every Hypnotrack pathway is built on clinical frameworks from a qualified hypnotherapist — registered, National Hypnotherapy Society (HYP16-03742).
The Success & Performance pathway is designed for the specific shapes sports performance variance takes. Some may sound familiar.
The 4-hour pre-competition window. The session can structure it.
The minute before the gun. The session targets that specific window.
Resisting the urge to go out too fast. The settled state that allows pace discipline.
After a mistake, a position drop, a tough patch. The single most-trainable mental skill in sport.
The mental rebuild after physical setback. The trust in the body that hurt you.
Avoiding the late-season drop. The mental side of consistent competition across months.
Your session is around 15 minutes of personalised hypnotherapy audio. It opens with breath and grounding work.
It moves into recognition of your specific sport and competitive context. New patterns are introduced: the felt sense of the optimal arousal zone, recovery from in-event setbacks, the body trusting the training. Future-pacing — what competition feels like with the state reliable. Yours forever, particularly useful as a pre-event ritual.
Built from your own consultation — your specific sport, your own language, the version of you who arrives ready and stays present.
We won't promise PBs or wins. The session works on access to your trained best, not on inventing capacity. Outcomes depend on training, technique, opponents, conditions, luck.
If sports mental struggles are part of broader anxiety, please consider broader support alongside.
Closely related. Athlete Mindset is broader — overall mental game across training and competition. Sports Performance Mindset is specifically about the competition-day state. Many athletes use both.
Daily in the week before. The morning of, or 60–90 minutes before warm-up. Use the breath work in the final 15 minutes. Trust the autonomic patterns it's built.
Often nervous-system, not technical. The session can be calibrated for specific technique-blocks.
Yes — the mental machinery is the same. The session can be calibrated around team-sport-specific moments (penalty taking, decision moments under pressure, etc.).
Often particularly effective — the gap between current and trained-best is usually wider for amateurs, so state work has more room to operate.
Around 15 minutes. Delivered within 30 minutes. Yours forever.
No specific belief is required. You remain in control throughout.
