Built around your specific pattern
Your session is generated from your own consultation. We ask when binges happen, what precedes them, what restriction sits underneath. Built around your specifics.
Binges aren't lack of willpower. They're the body claiming back what was withheld.
This session is for the everyday version of binge eating — loss-of-control eating episodes that happen periodically and produce shame, in people whose pattern is not severe or persistent enough to need specialist eating-disorder support. The pattern is usually preceded by some form of restriction — calorie counting, food rules, a 'good eater' identity that the binge violates. The body is doing what bodies do when calorically or psychologically restricted: claiming back.
The work that lasts isn't more discipline. It's eating consistently enough that the body doesn't need to claim back. Most people who move past this everyday pattern do so by stopping the restrict half, not by tightening it. The session supports that — by working on the underlying state that triggers both the restriction and the binge.
The clearest pattern. A period of careful eating, then a binge, then guilt, then more restriction. The binges grow in size and frequency as the restriction tightens.
Episode-based, triggered by external stress. Often hidden, often shame-loaded.
Eating to disappear from a feeling. The mouthful as a brief gap in unbearable emotion.
Snacking that escalated. Started as light grazing, became a binge before noticing the shift.
Premenstrual binges that are real biology, not weakness. The session can be calibrated around them with kinder accommodation.
The 'I'll be perfect tomorrow' response. The exact pattern that produces the next binge.
The binge happens fast and below conscious choice. By the time you notice, the loss of control has already started. Willpower at the binge-moment is too late and self-criticism after the binge usually triggers the next one.
Hypnotherapy works earlier in the chain. Rather than fighting the binge, it offers the deeper mind a different relationship with both restriction and emotion. Eating gets more consistent; bodies stop claiming back; binges quiet. The American Psychological Association recognises hypnotherapy as an evidence-based psychological approach.
Most generic content tells you to use more willpower. The session works on stopping the restriction that's feeding the binges.

The session doesn't tighten the rules. It loosens them, because that's what actually reduces binges.
Three short voice recordings during the consultation are analysed for emotional tone. The signature of restrict-binge cycling shows in voice; the session is calibrated accordingly.
Every Hypnotrack pathway is built on clinical frameworks from a qualified hypnotherapist — registered, National Hypnotherapy Society (HYP16-03742).
The Habits & Behaviours pathway is designed for the specific shapes this everyday binge pattern takes. Some may sound familiar.
The single biggest pattern. The session works on stopping the restrict half rather than tightening it.
The most common time-pattern. Usually preceded by under-eating earlier in the day.
The cycle that triggers the next binge. The session particularly targets this.
Episode-based binges. Less cyclical, more event-driven. The session works on alternative responses.
Premenstrual patterns that are real biology. Kinder accommodation rather than fighting.
The slow work of normalising eating after years of cycling. Months not weeks.
Your session is around 15 minutes of personalised hypnotherapy audio. It opens with breath and grounding work.
It moves into recognition of your specific binge pattern. New patterns are introduced: the felt sense of eating consistently being safe, the body not needing to claim back, alternative responses to the underlying state. Future-pacing — what daily life feels like with the cycle broken. Yours forever.
Built from your own consultation — your specific cycle, your own language, the version of you who can eat without earning it.
We won't claim this session is a substitute for specialist eating-disorder care. If your binges are frequent, severe, deeply distressing, or come with marked loss of control, please make specialist support your foundation. The session can sit alongside that work but isn't a replacement for it.
Please reach out: Beat (UK eating disorders charity), or speak to your GP for referral to specialist eating-disorders services.
No — the session is for everyday wellness-level binge patterns. Persistent or severe binge eating requires specialist care. If you're unsure where you sit, please consult Beat or your GP.
Counter-intuitively, almost always the opposite. Restriction is the engine of most binge patterns. Loosening it gradually (with support) usually softens binges.
Real biology, real cyclical pattern. The session can be calibrated around it — usually with kinder accommodation rather than fighting.
Many people notice fewer binges within 2–4 weeks; the cycle takes months to break properly. Be patient and don't restrict harder after slip-episodes.
For most people in binge-recovery: no, particularly early on. Weight will fluctuate during the work; weighing usually triggers restriction which triggers binges.
Around 15 minutes. Delivered within 30 minutes. Yours forever.
No specific belief is required. You remain in control throughout.
