Three steps. About 15 minutes of your time, then about 30 minutes of ours, then a session that's built around what you actually said. No generic recordings. No pretending to be something it isn't.
Three steps.
-
You tell us about you.
We'll ask you about what you're working through. Your goal. The way you talk to yourself. The kind of person you want to be more of. You'll record a couple of short voice notes — your own words, not multiple choice. The whole thing takes about 15 minutes, and you can stop and come back if life gets in the way.
-
We build your session.
A qualified hypnotherapist's clinical frameworks shape the structure of your session. Your specific situation, your own words, and your goal shape the content. We pull these together into a script that addresses what you actually came for — not a generic version with your name swapped in. It usually takes about 30 minutes.
-
You listen.
Your session arrives by email — a downloadable audio track, voiced calmly, with appropriate music behind it. Find a quiet 25–35 minutes when you won't be interrupted. Headphones help, but aren't essential. You can listen as many times as you want — the session is yours forever.
What makes this different.

Designed by a qualified hypnotherapist
The therapeutic frameworks behind every session come from clinical practice — not from prompt engineering. A registered member of the National Hypnotherapy Society (HYP16-03742) shapes the structure of every block.
-
Built around your actual words
Your voice notes, your situation, your specific issue — these are the centre of your session. We don't substitute a few variables into a template. Each script is generated from scratch around what you shared.

Honest about what this is
Hypnotrack is a complementary wellness tool — not a substitute for therapy or medical care. For the right thing at the right time, it can shift something real. We won't promise miracles. We won't pressure you. If it's not what you needed, you have 14 days to ask for a full refund.
A note on safety.
Hypnotrack is built for people who are functioning, who want to make a change, and need a hand. If you're in active mental health crisis, or what you're working through needs medical support, please speak to a professional first — your GP, the Samaritans on 116 123, or a registered therapist via the BACP. We've built safeguarding into our intake to recognise when someone needs more than a session like this, and we'll always say so.
Ready when you are.
Take the time you need. No pressure.
