It is a complementary wellness tool, not therapy, medical treatment or a crisis service. It is designed for adults looking for support with areas such as calm, sleep routines, confidence, habits, focus, physical tension and emotional wellbeing.

Hypnotrack™ may not be the right fit if you are currently in crisis, receiving inpatient psychiatric care, or dealing with serious mental health symptoms without professional support. If you are under the care of a doctor, therapist or mental health professional — or if you are pregnant — we recommend checking with them before using hypnotherapy audio.
