It combines your own words with clinical frameworks, voice-based emotion analysis, and pathway-specific binaural frequencies to create a session that's genuinely for you — not a generic recording with your name swapped in.
You complete a short consultation telling us what's going on, in your own words. We use that to generate a personalised hypnotherapy script, which is then voiced by a calm therapeutic voice and layered with appropriate music and binaural frequencies. The session arrives in your inbox within about 30 minutes. You listen in a quiet space, with headphones if possible, and the session is yours forever.

Hypnotrack is not appropriate for people in active mental health crisis, those with untreated psychosis, or those receiving inpatient psychiatric treatment. We screen for these at the start of the form, and we won't process a session if it isn't right for you.
No. Hypnosis is not a state of being controlled — it's a state of focused, relaxed attention. You remain aware throughout the session, you can stop at any time, and you can't be made to do anything against your will. The session works with your own thoughts and feelings, not against them.
Hypnotrack is designed for adults looking for a thoughtful, personalised approach to wellbeing. It's not suitable for people currently experiencing a mental health crisis, untreated psychosis, or those under 18 without parental guidance. We ask a few brief screening questions before you begin to make sure the service is right for you.
Just a device to complete the short intake form — phone, tablet, or computer — and something to play audio through. Headphones give the best experience, particularly for the binaural frequencies layered into your track, but they're not essential. A quiet space and 25–35 minutes of uninterrupted time is all you really need.

It's more common than you'd think — and for most pathways, it's fine. Your mind continues to absorb the session even in lighter sleep states. If you're using the Sleep pathway, drifting off is the whole point. For other pathways, simply re-listen when you're more alert.
