You complete a short intake form telling us what you'd like to work on. Our system uses your specific words, situation, and goals to generate a personalised hypnotherapy script, which is then synthesised into an audio session designed entirely around you.
Most sessions are delivered within 30 minutes of completing the form. You'll receive an email with a link to listen as soon as it's ready.
Each session is approximately 15 minutes of continuous audio — long enough for proper therapeutic depth, short enough to fit into a real day.
Yes. The methodology is built on clinical hypnotherapy techniques used by qualified practitioners, designed by Kris Byers, a registered hypnotherapist with the National Hypnotherapy Society. The delivery method is new; the underlying approach is established.
Meditation apps offer pre-recorded content designed for everyone. Hypnotrack generates a session built around your specific intake — your words, your goal, your voice — using clinical hypnotherapy structure rather than general mindfulness.
The script is generated by an AI system designed and trained by Kris, our qualified hypnotherapist. The clinical framework, language patterns, and safety considerations were all designed by him — the AI follows his methodology rather than improvising.
Yes. We recommend listening several times — hypnotherapy works through repetition, and most customers find the experience deepens over multiple listens. Your session is yours to keep.
Many customers listen once a day for the first week or two, then less frequently as the changes settle. There's no rule — listen as often as feels right.
Hypnotherapy often works subtly. Some customers notice immediate shifts; others find changes emerge over days or weeks. Either is normal — give it time.
Hypnotherapy works for most people who approach it with openness. It isn't magic, and it isn't a substitute for clinical care where that's needed. For everyday concerns like stress, sleep, confidence, and habits, the evidence base is strong.
Adults looking for support with everyday challenges — stress, anxiety, sleep, confidence, habits, emotional patterns, performance. If you're functioning in your life and want gentle, considered support, Hypnotrack is built for you.
Anyone currently in mental health crisis, receiving inpatient psychiatric care, experiencing active psychosis, or in immediate distress should seek professional support first. Hypnotrack isn't a substitute for clinical care.
We ask all customers to confirm they're not pregnant, or if they are, that they've consulted their midwife or doctor about using hypnotherapy. Perinatal mental health is a specialist area that benefits from in-person clinical support.
Generally yes — many customers find Hypnotrack complements existing support. We'd encourage you to mention it to your therapist or prescriber, particularly if you're working on something clinically significant.
Completely. Most of our customers are first-timers. There's nothing to learn beforehand — your only job is to find somewhere quiet, press play, and let the session do its work.
That's fine. Hypnotherapy doesn't require belief — it works through focused attention and relaxation, which are natural states everyone experiences. You don't need to believe it for it to work.
No. Stage hypnosis and clinical hypnotherapy are very different. You remain in control throughout, you're aware of what's happening, and you can stop the session at any moment.
That's fine and quite common — the relaxed state is similar to sleep. Your subconscious still receives the suggestions even if your conscious mind drifts off.
Yes — Hypnotrack is for adults aged 18 and over. We don't currently offer sessions for under-18s.
The session is personalised to you, so it won't translate well to another person. If someone you know wants their own session, they should complete their own intake — the personalisation is what makes it work.
Your voice carries emotional information that helps us calibrate the session to your current state — pace, tone, energy. It also helps us pick the right therapeutic approach for where you are right now.
It's analysed for emotional context, the result is stored with your order, and the original recording is deleted after 90 days. We don't share it, train on it, or use it for anything else.
No. Your recording is processed by our AI emotional analysis system and then sits in our secure storage until automatic deletion. No human listens to it, and it's never shared externally.
The voice recording is part of the personalisation process — we'd encourage you to do it. If you genuinely can't, contact us and we'll find a way to support you.
No. The session is voiced by Orla, our co-founder. Your voice recording is only used for emotional analysis during the personalisation process.
Don't worry — we only need enough audio to read emotional tone. Background noise, accent, or imperfect recording quality won't affect the result.
Yes. Most customers record directly through the form on their phone or computer. No special equipment needed.
Around 30 seconds to a minute is usually plenty. The form will guide you through what to say.
That's a very common feeling. Remember: no human listens to it, the system isn't judging it, and it's deleted automatically. Most customers find this easier than expected.
Yes. The form lets you re-record as many times as you need before submitting.
A single Hypnotrack session is £75. This includes the personalised session, lifetime access, and your 10% contribution to our charitable tithe.
Your personalised audio session, lifetime access to listen as often as you'd like, a personal listening dashboard, and our HypnoDoc companion guide. We don't charge extras.
No. £75 is a one-off payment for one personalised session. There's no subscription, no recurring charge, and no upsells.
Yes. We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund — if for any reason you're not happy with your session, email hello@hypnotrack.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. This applies even if you've already downloaded and listened.
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, our secure payment processor. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, the same payment infrastructure used by Apple, Amazon, and most major brands. Your card details never touch our systems.
£75 is the total price you pay. Hypnotrack isn't currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added or applicable.
Yes — Hypnotrack sessions can be gifted. The recipient receives the gift and completes their own intake form, so the session is personalised to them rather than you.
At £75 we keep the price accessible without needing payment plans. We don't currently offer instalments.
If your payment doesn't go through, you won't be charged and your session won't be created. Try again, or contact us if there's an issue with your card.
Once your session is ready, we'll email you a link to your personal listening dashboard where you can stream or download the audio.
Yes. Your session is yours — download it to your phone, save it to cloud storage, keep it forever.
Once downloaded, yes. You can also stream it whenever you're online.
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there after an hour or so, contact us at hello@hypnotrack.com and we'll resend it.
Yes. Your listening dashboard works on any phone, tablet, or computer with a browser.
No. Your session is yours for life — there's no expiry on your access.
Transcripts aren't provided as standard, but you're welcome to request one — email hello@hypnotrack.com and we'll send you the text of your session.
The audio is delivered as a standard MP3 file, which plays on every device, app, and platform.
Spotify and Apple Music don't allow personal audio uploads. You can save the MP3 to any podcast app that supports custom audio files, or play it directly through your phone's music app.
Use the "Request a new link" option on the homepage — we'll email you a fresh link to your registered email address.
There's no single right time — many customers like first thing in the morning, after work to decompress, or before sleep. Pick a time when you can be undisturbed for the length of the session.
Somewhere quiet and comfortable where you won't be interrupted. Most people listen sitting in a comfortable chair, lying on a sofa, or in bed.
Headphones are recommended — they help with the binaural frequencies woven into the audio and reduce distraction. Speakers work too if headphones aren't an option.
No. Hypnotherapy creates a deeply relaxed state — never listen while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires alertness.
Yes — many customers do, particularly for sleep-related sessions. Falling asleep during the session is completely fine.
That's okay. You can pause, return later, or start again from the beginning — whichever feels right. The session works whether you complete it in one go or break it up.
The session will guide you to close your eyes when the time is right. Until then, find a position where you'll naturally let them close — usually that means lying down or sitting back in a comfortable chair.
Some customers do — that's a normal therapeutic response. If you're listening to something sensitive (grief, anxiety, past experiences), having tissues nearby and time to sit with the feelings afterwards is a good idea.
Hypnotherapy often works subtly. You may not feel a dramatic shift during the session itself, but notice changes in the hours, days, or weeks that follow. Trust the process.
Listen regularly, somewhere quiet, with headphones, and without trying too hard. The less you force it, the more it works.
10% of every Hypnotrack purchase is donated to charity. This isn't a marketing line — it's a built-in part of how Hypnotrack operates.
The principle of tithing — giving a meaningful percentage of what you receive — is woven into how we built Hypnotrack. 10% felt like a real commitment rather than a token gesture.
We work with six carefully chosen charities. When you complete your intake form, you'll see all six on the final screen and choose which one your tithe goes to — so your 10% supports a cause that matters to you.
Yes. The choice is yours — you pick from our six partner charities at the end of the intake form, and your £7.50 tithe goes to the one you select.
£7.50 from every £75 session goes to charity — the full 10% before any costs are taken out.
We don't currently publish a public donations total, but if you'd like an update on what we've contributed, email hello@hypnotrack.com and we'll share the figures with you directly.
No — the donation is made by Hypnotrack, not by you personally. Your £75 is a purchase, not a charitable contribution from your side.
No — Hypnotrack is a business that gives away 10% of its revenue to charity. We're committed to the tithe being permanent, but we're not constituted as a charity ourselves.
Hypnotrack exists to help people. Building a structural commitment to give meaningful sums to charity felt aligned with that purpose. It also keeps us honest about why we're doing this.
No. The 10% tithe is permanent regardless of company growth. If anything, we want to find ways to give more over time, not less.
