What happens in your exam anxiety session
Your session is around 15 minutes of personalised hypnotherapy audio. It opens with a slow grounding into the body — feet, breath, the chair under them — the deliberate opposite of the activation that exam anxiety produces.
The middle of the session names the pattern in their language — the paper turning, the blank, the racing pulse. A new pattern is introduced: the felt-sense of knowing what they know, with the body settled enough to access it. It future-paces the morning, the walk in, the first question.
